The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals of the Champions League has been revealed.
Manchester City will face either Juventus or Lyon in the quarter-finals of the Champions League next month if they overcome Real Madrid in the last 16.
Pep Guardiola's men carry a 2-1 advantage into the second leg at the Etihad, having defeated Los Blancos in Madrid in the first leg.
Juventus trail Lyon 1-0 on aggregate ahead of their second meeting in Turin.
Chelsea, who trail Bayern Munich 3-0 heading into the second leg of their last 16 tie, will face the winners of Barcelona and Napoli should they manage to turn things around against the German champions.
Napoli held Barcelona to a 1-1 draw in Italy ahead of the second leg at Camp Nou.
City and Chelsea will face each other in the semi-finals if both reach the last four of the competition.
Atletico Madrid, who knocked out holders Liverpool, have been drawn against Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in the quarter-finals, while French champions Paris St-Germain will take on Serie A side Atalanta.
The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals was made in Nyon Switzerland, with those matches set to be hosted in Portugal over a 12-day period.
Sporting Lisbon's Estadio Jose Alvalade will host the quarter-finals, with the semi-finals being played at Benfica's Estadio do Sport Lisboa.
