Basketball | LA Lakers go 2-0 over Denver Nuggets

A three-pointer, on the buzzer from Anthony Davis, saw the LA Lakers grab victory as the Western Conference final series continued last night.

The final shot of game 2 in the 105-103 win, is what it came down to, after the Denver Nuggets had fought back from a 16-point deficit to bring themselves back into the game.

Rajon Rondo found Davis, despite the best efforts of Nikola Jokic, and Davis, from behind the three-point line, scored on the buzzer.

Davis finished with 31 points, with Le Bron James contributing 26.

Jokic had scored 11 straight points as the game was nearing its end and had secured the basket that had appeared to secure a win at 103-102. The Nuggets though, couldn't hold out for the remaining 20 seconds, as Davis rescued the game.
