Reigning champions Bayern Munich will clash with Serie A side Lazio.
Spanish giants Barcelona have drawn French champions Paris Saint-Germain in a fascinating match-up, with La Liga champions Real Madrid set to take on Italian side Atalanta.
Elsewhere, Juventus will face Porto and Borussia Dortmund will meet Sevilla.
The first leg of the last 16 ties will begin on Tuesday, February 16th, with the return legs scheduled to commence on March 9th.
The draw for the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final is on 19 March.
