Robert Lewandowski just cannot stop scoring.
The Polish striker has been the only constant in Bayern Munich's tumultuous start to the season.
Bayern have endured a challenging start to the season, which resulted in the sacking of manager Niko Kovac after the German giants' humiliating 5-1 loss at Eintracht Frankfurt last week.
On Saturday, the Bundesliga champions - sitting fourth in the table - entered Der Klassiker without a manager.
Interim coach Hansi Flick took charge of the German giants for the clash against Borussia Dortmund in Munich, and his first Bundesliga match at the helm was one to savour.
Bayern thumped their domestic rivals 4-0 at the Allianz Arena, with Lewandowski once again coming back to haunt his former club.
It took the 31-year-old just 40 seconds to threaten the Dortmund goal, with goalkeeper Roman Bürki forced to dash out from his line to prevent the prolific forward an early goal.
That it was Lewandowski who registered the game's first goal came as no surprise.
The Poland international ghosted between the Dortmund centre backs to power a header home from eight yards following Benjamin Pavard's volleyed cross into the area.
Bayern doubled their lead just over a minute into the second half, with Serge Gnabry applying a close-range finish after Lewandowski went down under pressure in the box from Thomas Muller's low cross.
Muller's assist made him the first player to record 100 assists in the Bundesliga since Opta started recording such data.

Lewandowski curled another effort narrowly wide before scoring his second goal of the game in the 76th minute.
The former Dortmund forward rolled the ball to Muller on the edge of the box, before Muller lofted a delightful through ball back into Lewandowski's path.
Lewandowski trapped the ball on his thigh before slotting calmly past Bürki to make it 3-0.

His second goal of the game was Bayern's 2500th home goal in the Bundesliga, and the 2500th goal Dortmund have conceded in their Bundesliga history.
Bayern recorded their fourth goal three minutes later, with Mats Hummels inadvertently converting Ivan Perisic's low cross into his own net to compound Dortmund's misery.
The emphatic 4-0 win lifts Bayern up to third in the Bundesliga, four points behind surprise leaders Borussia Mönchengladbach, and level with RB Leipzig (second) and Freiburg (fourth) on 21 points.
Lewandowski has now plundered 19 goals in 16 matches for Bayern against Dortmund in all competitions, more than he has managed against any other opponent.
The 31-year-old also made history in Der Klassiker, becoming the first player to score a goal in 11 consecutive games of a Bundesliga season.
No other player in the league's history has scored as many Bundesliga goals at this stage of the season.
Indeed, Lewandowski has scored in every single Bundesliga and Champions League match this season for Bayern, with the brace against Dortmund taking his tally to 23 goals in 18 games.

Lewandowski has scored one goal on seven occasions, three braces and one hat-trick in 11 Bundesliga matches this season.
Impressively, seven of those goals have come on the road. 11 have been scored with his right food, four with his head, and one with his left foot.
He is the top scorer in Europe's top five leagues on 16 league goals, and has scored six goals in just four Champions League matches in Group B this season, as well as one goal against Energie Cottbus in the DFB-Pokal.
Four of those Champions League goals came away from home, with Lewandowski recording braces against Spurs in London and against Olympiakos in Piraeus.
According to Squawka, Lewandowski has so far outscored 53 clubs across Europe’s ‘big five’ leagues which includes such names as Man Utd, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, AC Milan and Marseille.
It is the consistency of Lewandowski's prolificacy which is most impressive.

Only Messi (29) has scored more than Lewandowski's 28 league goals in 2019, but no one can match the Bundesliga striker's tally of 46 goals in all competitions.
The Warsaw native has scored 48 goals in 2019, and has scored 40-plus goals in the last four seasons.
Now, Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is tipping the Pole to eclipse Gerd Muller's Bundesliga record of 40 goals in a single season.
"I thought Gerd Muller's record was for eternity," Rummenigge said.
"But I think Robert is the first player who could get close and put it at risk. It's amazing that he scores one to three goals in each game, and of a quality to take your hat off to."
If the German giants are to retain their Bundesliga crown, Lewandowksi's goals will be essential.
The 31-year-old is keeping them in the title race almost single-handedly.
He has also scored a remarkable 60 international goals in 110 internationals for Poland, including a hat-trick away in a 3-0 win away to Latvia last month.
With an international double-header against Israel and Slovenia coming up in the next seven days, Lewandowski will be expecting to add to that haul in the coming days.
