Wales have beaten Italy 26-15 at Stadio Olimpico.
Warren Gatland's team have now won 11 successive matches for just the second time, having previously done so from 1907-1910.
Josh Adams and Owen Watkin scored the tries for the visitors, with kicker Dan Biggar notching 14 points in Rome.
Gatland made 10 changes to the team which produced a stunning comeback in Paris, and his side weren't at their best against the resilient Italians.
Biggar opened the scoring with a penalty in the second minute, and the Northampton Saints out-half added three more in the opening half hour to give Wales a 12-0 lead.
However, Italy's Braam Steyn scored the first try of the game in the 34th minute.
Steyn powered over the line from close range after Italy kicked to the corner, and Tommaso Allan duly converted to make it 12-7.
Allan then hit the post with a penalty before half-time, but made no mistake with another in the 44th minute.
Wales scored their first try 10 minutes later after a fine team move culminated in Adams crossing the white line after good work from Jonathan Davies.
Watkin's try gave the visitors some breathing room 11 minutes from time, running on to a clever kick, with Chris Anscombe converting.
Italy reduced the deficit through a Edoardo Padovani try in the 75th minute, but it came too late to make a difference.
Conor O'Shea's side will be frustrated with some of their defensive errors as they suffered yet another defeat in the competition.
Wales will now turn their attention to England's visit to Cardiff, with both teams dreaming of Grand Slam glory.
