Chelsea have come from behind to beat Real Betis 4-1 in the UEFA Conference League final in Wroclaw.

Betis took an early lead when Isco set up Abde Ezzalzouli to open the scoring in the ninth minute in Poland. The Spanish side led 1-0 at half time after a poor opening 45 minutes from Chelsea.

Man-of-the-match Cole Palmer inspired Chelsea's comeback in the second half. The English midfielder produced an excellent left-footed cross for Enzo Fernandez to head home in the 65th minute, before providing a perfectly weighted right-footed cross for Nicholas Jackson to head Chelsea into the lead five minutes later.

Jadon Sancho extended the Blues' lead in the 83rd minute, cutting inside and curling an excellent finish into the far corner after a driving run by substitute Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Moises Caicedo rounded off an excellent second half with a fourth in stoppage time, rifling a low finish into the bottom corner from 18 yards.

Chelsea have become the first team in history to win all three European titles: the Champions League, the Europa League, and now the Conference League.

Enzo Maresca, who introduced captain Reece James for Malo Gusto at half time, was pleased with his team's second-half performance.

"In the first half, we approached the game in the wrong way," he told TNT Sports.

"I expected it a little bit, because for two days the happiness was a little bit too much after Nottingham Forest. You go all season waiting, waiting. We struggled a little bit with that, but the second half was much better."
