Robbie Henshaw and Peter O'Mahony have been handed starts in Ireland's crucial Six Nations clash against Wales at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Andy Farrell has selected Henshaw to replace Garry Ringrose, who damaged his hand in last week's win over Scotland, while O'Mahony comes in for Caelan Doris.
Ulster's Doris made his international debut against the Scots at the Aviva Stadium last weekend, but had to be withdrawn early in the 19-12 win after sustaining a head injury.
"I thought they did well when they came off the bench, it was a tough call last week," Farrell said, referencing Henshaw and O'Mahony.
"They were outstanding all [last] week and that rolled over into the performance.
"It's a good team, we've got a bit of continuity."
Ireland are otherwise unchanged, with Conor Murray once again preferred to Ulster's in-form star John Cooney.
Leinster back row Max Deegan is also in line to win his first cap after being named on the bench, with Keith Earls also being included in the squad.
Ronan Kelleher, who replaced captain Johnny Sexton late in last week's win to make his international debut, is among the substitutes once again.
Ireland's last competitive fixture against Wales ended in a 25-7 defeat, a result which confirmed Wales' status as 2019 Grand Slam champions.
Wales began their title defence with a 42-0 whitewash against Italy in Cardiff last week.
